ANGER
Sometimes in life things happen that just drive you nuts...you cold scream and yell, cry because your anger got all your emotions...and to be honest..it's not a cool feeling...but sometimes we need to be angry and just vent!!
Especially as a young adult I got to understand this important principle...There are MANY things that drive me crazy on a daily basis but I must control myself...BUT being controlled doesn't mean to push all anger down your throat, swallow it all and put a nice covering on it...NO...certainly not...this will make you explode one day and it will be devastating...Believe me, when I say that!!
It's necessary to be angry sometimes..We can't be not angry...but we must always remember this:
